By accessing or using CloudHost360, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
CloudHost360 provides configurable cloud server hosting services, including:
Virtual server provisioning
Subscription and Pay-As-You-Go billing models
Additional storage options
Automated backup services
Server management tools
All services are subject to availability and technical limitations.
To use our services, you must:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Be at least 18 years old
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Subscription plans are billed upfront (monthly or yearly).
Yearly plans include a discount compared to monthly billing.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Users must maintain a positive wallet balance.
Usage charges are calculated and deducted periodically based on server activity.
Failure to maintain sufficient balance may result in service suspension.
CloudHost360 reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.
Subscription refunds are available only within 3 calendar days of initial purchase.
After 3 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Wallet top-ups under Pay-As-You-Go are non-refundable.
Add-on services are non-refundable once activated.

CloudHost360 offers optional add-ons including:
Additional Storage (subject to size limits)
Automated Backups (weekly or daily plans)
Add-ons are billed according to the selected plan and may be subject to availability and technical constraints.
You agree not to use CloudHost360 services for:
Illegal activities
Fraudulent or abusive behaviour
Hosting malicious software
Sending spam or conducting phishing activities
Violating intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
CloudHost360 strives to maintain high service availability. However:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.
Performance may vary based on configuration and usage.
We are not liable for temporary downtime or service interruptions.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own data integrity.
While backup services may be available, CloudHost360 does not guarantee data recovery in all cases. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups for critical data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
CloudHost360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or revenue loss resulting from service use.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the relevant billing period.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend services for unpaid balances
Terminate accounts for policy violations
Remove services that pose security risks
Termination may result in permanent deletion of server data.
CloudHost360 may modify:
Service features
Pricing structures
Add-on availability
Changes will not affect active subscriptions during their current billing period.
Your use of CloudHost360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
CloudHost360 may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
