Refund Policy

1. Overview

At CloudHost360, we aim to provide transparent and fair billing practices. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and the conditions that apply to subscriptions and pay-as-you-go services.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Subscription Refunds

CloudHost360 offers refunds for subscription plans under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase.

  • The refund policy applies only to first-time subscription payments.

  • After 3 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.

If eligible, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.


3. Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions (which include a discounted rate) are also eligible for refund within 3 days of purchase only.

After the 3-day window, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.


4. Pay-As-You-Go (Wallet) Payments

Wallet top-ups under the Pay-As-You-Go billing model are non-refundable.

Once funds are added to your wallet balance, they are considered final and can only be used for CloudHost360 services.


5. Add-On Services (Storage & Backups)

Additional services such as:

  • Extra Storage

  • Automated Backups

are non-refundable once activated or used.

If purchased as part of a subscription, they follow the same 3-day refund window as the main subscription plan.


6. Server Deletion & Cancellation

  • Cancelling or deleting a server does not automatically qualify for a refund.

  • Subscription cancellations after 3 days will stop future renewals but will not refund the current billing period.

  • Pay-As-You-Go servers stop billing once terminated, but used wallet balance will not be refunded.


7. Abuse & Policy Violations

No refunds will be issued if:

  • Services are suspended due to policy violations.

  • The account is terminated for misuse or prohibited activities.


8. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


9. Changes to This Policy

CloudHost360 reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
